The still life features smoked salmon, banana pancakes, eggs and coffee, alongside pastries and jam on toast. Through loose brushwork and composition, I wanted to create a sense of movement and immersion, as though you’re sitting at the table, part of the scene, with half-eaten food and conversation still lingering in the air!
